These general conditions of sale govern the sale of tickets through the site https:\/\/www.aquaestate.it. We invite you to read these General Conditions of Sale carefully before making any purchase. The service fee varies depending on the type of ticket purchased (from \u20ac1 to \u20ac3) and is calculated as a percentage of the booking value.

If you wish to purchase one or more tickets, you can select them individually and add them to your cart.<\/p>\n

Once you have selected all the tickets you wish to purchase, you can proceed to close the cart and submit the order by entering the payment method. Subsequently, a summary page of the selected products, their price and the options chosen will appear.<\/p>\n

At the bottom of the page, you will find the \u201cMake Payment\u201d button, which you will need to click to submit your order.<\/p>\n

Your order will be considered as a contractual proposal to purchase addressed to Gestione Piscine Noale srl for the products listed. Upon receipt of your order, you will be automatically redirected to a confirmation page and we will take charge of the order itself (\u201cThank you for making the purchase, we have sent you the ticket by email\u201d).<\/p>\n

The sales contract with Gestione Piscine Noale srl will be concluded only when you receive a separate confirmation email.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

We do not sell products to minors. We sell children's products that can only be purchased by adults. If you are under 18, you may use our online shopping services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

All tickets, even those that are not gifts, expire at the end of the season and must be used within the current season. Unused tickets will not be refunded and will not be valid for the following season. Gift vouchers are not nominative and can be transferred to third parties.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Right of withdrawal, exceptions and return policies<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Fixed-date tickets can be moved to another date up until 12:00 noon on the day of the visit. This can be done independently from your personal area on the portal, even if you register after purchasing.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

Tickets purchased online are non-refundable if the customer does not use them. Since these are services related to leisure activities with a specific performance date, pursuant to Article 59, paragraph 1, letter n), of Legislative Decree 206\/2005 (Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal provided for in Article 52 of the same decree does not apply.<\/p>

All tickets and services purchased online are valid exclusively for the current season and expire automatically at the end of that season.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

If Aquaestate is not open to the public on the date for which the ticket was purchased, due to bad weather, security reasons, orders from the competent authorities, or other causes that prevent the park from opening, the sums paid will not be refunded.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

In such cases, the Customer will be entitled to a free change of the date of use of the ticket and any additional services purchased online, including umbrellas, sunbeds and related reservations.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

Movement will be permitted exclusively:
\u2022 from one weekday to another weekday;
\u2022 from one holiday date to another holiday date.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

Aquaestate will activate the ticket and any additional services for a new reservation by the end of the current season. Once this has been completed, the customer will be able to independently select the new date by accessing their personal area on the online sales portal.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

Any Park closures will be communicated through official Aquaestate channels. The Park will enable the transfer of tickets and additional services as quickly as possible and without the need for a request from the Customer.<\/p>
