These general conditions of sale govern the sale of tickets through the site https:\/\/www.aquaestate.it. We invite you to read these General Conditions of Sale carefully before making any purchase. The service fee varies depending on the type of ticket purchased (from \u20ac1 to \u20ac3) and is calculated as a percentage of the booking value.

If you wish to purchase one or more tickets, you can select them individually and add them to your cart.<\/p>\n

Once you have selected all the tickets you wish to purchase, you can proceed to close the cart and submit the order by entering the payment method. Subsequently, a summary page of the selected products, their price and the options chosen will appear.<\/p>\n

At the bottom of the page, you will find the \u201cMake Payment\u201d button, which you will need to click to submit your order.<\/p>\n

Your order will be considered as a contractual proposal to purchase addressed to Gestione Piscine Noale srl for the products listed. Upon receipt of your order, you will be automatically redirected to a confirmation page and we will take charge of the order itself (\u201cThank you for making the purchase, we have sent you the ticket by email\u201d).<\/p>\n

The sales contract with Gestione Piscine Noale srl will be concluded only when you receive a separate confirmation email.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

All tickets, even those that are not gifts, expire at the end of the season and must be used within the current season. Unused tickets will not be refunded and will not be valid for the following season. Gift vouchers are not nominative and can be transferred to third parties.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Right of withdrawal, exceptions and return policies<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Fixed date tickets can be moved to another date up until 2.00 pm on the day of the visit<\/strong>. You can do this independently in your personal area once you have registered on the portal\u00a0(also for registration after purchasing tickets)<\/span>.<\/p>

Tickets purchased online will not be refunded if the purchase is not used:<\/strong>\u00a0since it concerns the supply of services relating to leisure activities with a specific date or period of execution, reported on the Contract entry ticket, pursuant to art.59, I, letter n) of Legislative Decree 206\/05 and subsequent amendments, the right of withdrawal pursuant to art. 52 of the same does not apply.<\/span><\/p>

All tickets\u00a0expire at the end of the season<\/strong>\u00a0and must be used within the current season.<\/p>

Only if the plant is closed<\/strong>\u00a0on the day of purchase, tickets and umbrellas purchased online will be\u00a0<\/span>refunded.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
