GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These general terms and conditions of sale govern the sale of tickets through the website https://www.aquaestate.it. Please read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale carefully before making any purchase. By making any purchase, you fully accept these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

OUR CONTRACT

The service has a cost based on the type of ticket purchased (from €1 to €3).

If you wish to purchase one or more tickets, you can select them individually, adding them to your cart. To book an umbrella online, you must simultaneously purchase an entrance ticket for the same date.

Once you have selected all the tickets you intend to purchase, you can proceed to check out and place the order by entering the payment method. A summary page of the selected products, their price, and the chosen options will appear.

At the bottom of the page, you will find the “Make Payment” button, which you must click to place the order.

Your order will be considered a contractual purchase proposal addressed to Gestione Piscine Noale s.r.l. for the listed products. Upon receipt of your order, you will be automatically redirected to a confirmation page, and we will process the order itself (“Thank you for your purchase, we have sent the ticket via email”).

The sales contract with Gestione Piscine Noale s.r.l. will only be concluded when you receive a separate confirmation email.

PRICES AND AVAILABILITY

All prices include applicable VAT as required by law. Information on the availability of the tickets we sell is listed on the site, as well as on the ticket selection page.

MINORS

We do not sell products to minors. We sell children’s products that can only be purchased by adults. If you are under 18, you may use our online purchasing services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

GIFT VOUCHER TERMS

All tickets, including those that are not gifts, expire at the end of the season and must be used within the current season. Unused tickets will not be refunded and will not be valid for the following season. Gift vouchers are not personal and can be transferred to third parties.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, EXCEPTIONS, AND RETURN POLICIES

Fixed-date tickets can be rescheduled to another date until 2:00 PM on the day of the visit. This can be done independently in your personal area once registered on the portal (even if registration occurs after the ticket purchase).

Tickets purchased online will not be refunded if not used: since it is a provision of services related to leisure activities with a specific date or period of execution, as indicated on the entrance title of the Contract, pursuant to art. 59, I, lett. n) of Legislative Decree 206/05 and subsequent amendments, the right of withdrawal provided for in art 52 of the same does not apply.

All tickets expire at the end of the season and must be used within the current season.

Only if the facility is closed on the day of purchase, will the tickets and umbrellas purchased online be refunded.
