VISITOR NOTICE

  • The indoor swimming pools will not be open to visitors from Monday to Friday.
  • Due to COVID-19 regulations and to guarantee that safety measures are implemented, in the event of adverse weather conditions, visitors will not be able to access indoor areas and will need to leave the complex.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do I need to book to visit the park?

Pre-booking is not mandatory to enter the park, but tickets purchased online are valid for a specific day only.
However, you can buy tickets at the park entrance on the day of your visit.

Are all the attractions accessible?

All attractions and areas of the park are accessible provided social distancing is maintained.

The indoor swimming pools will not be open to visitors from Monday to Friday

Are all the facilities accessible?
All the park’s facilities are accessible except for the changing rooms in the evening (closed from 5.00pm).

However, you can use the changing cabins situated around the park.

Is it mandatory to rent a parasol and sunbeds?

It is not mandatory to rent two sunbeds and a parasol. Parasols without sunbeds are available free of charge (subject to availability). Alternatively, you can sit on towels on the lawn (while maintaining a distance of at least 1.5 metres from others).

Is it mandatory to wear a mask at all times?
No: wearing a mask is only mandatory when entering the park, in all bars and restaurants, and in common areas such as toilets, changing rooms, and locker zones. Children from 0-6 years of age do not need to wear a mask.

How is social distancing enforced?
Special posters and signs around the park encourage visitors to keep their distance from others. We invite visitors to take the initiative in maintaining a distance of at least 1 metre from others, including while in the water. Distancing rules do not apply between members of the same household.
