HOURS AND OPENING DATES

WHAT ARE THE PARK’S OPENING HOURS?

Aquaestate welcomes you every day from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The ticket office closes at 6:00 PM, and attractions and pools close at 6:30 PM.

The park is open from Saturday, June 8 to Sunday, September 1, 2024.

PRICES AND TICKETS

FROM WHAT TIME IS THE AFTERNOON TICKET VALID?

The afternoon ticket starts at 2:30 PM.

 

WHAT DOES THE ENTRANCE TICKET INCLUDE?

The ticket grants access to all park attractions. At our Info Point, you can rent 2 sunbeds with 1 umbrella for €6. Umbrellas and picnic tables on the lawns are free and available while supplies last.

 

CAN I BOOK A SUNBED IN ADVANCE?

Certainly! Sunbed rental is available online on our shop. It is necessary to simultaneously purchase an entry ticket for the same date.

 

WHAT ARE THE RATES FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES?

Non-ambulatory people with disabilities enter the park for free.

Ambulatory people with disabilities enter the park with a flat rate of €10.

Caregivers for non-self-sufficient guests enter the park with a flat rate of €10.

The flat-rate ticket is available only at the ticket office upon presentation of a certificate issued by a recognized institution (INPS, ASL, Disability Card).

SAFETY AND SERVICES

IS THERE A FIRST AID STATION IN THE PARK?

Yes, our park is equipped with a first aid station with a defibrillator, active during the park’s opening hours.

 

ARE THERE SECURITY LOCKERS?

The park offers valuables lockers for rent at €2, available while supplies last. In case of loss of the key or lock, a penalty of €5 is required. We disclaim any responsibility for items left in the lockers.

 

IS IT ALLOWED TO BRING FOOD AND DRINKS?

Yes, but it is forbidden to bring glass or metal containers.

 

ARE SPECIAL DIET OPTIONS AVAILABLE AT THE DINING AREAS?

Our dining areas offer food options suitable for vegetarian and vegan diets.

INTERNAL RULES

ARE PETS ALLOWED?

For hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed inside the park.

 

IS WEARING A SWIM CAP MANDATORY?

Wearing a swim cap is mandatory only in the 3 indoor pools, according to the swimming class schedules.

 

IS SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE PARK?

Starting from 2023, Aquaestate is a Smoke-Free park to ensure a healthy environment for everyone. However, we have 3 designated smoking areas and an additional zone in the outdoor parking area.

 

RESTRICTIONS AND ACCESSIBILITY

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM HEIGHT TO ACCESS THE KAMIKAZE, TORNADO, AND VERTIGO SLIDES?

The Kamikaze slide and the Vertigo slide are accessible from a minimum height of 150 cm. For the Tornado slide, the minimum height is 120 cm, and children under 10 must be accompanied. Check the attractions page for more info.

FROM WHAT AGE CAN CHILDREN ENTER THE PARK ALONE?

From the age of 13, children can enter the park alone, while children aged 0 to 12 must be accompanied by an adult, who is responsible for them.

OTHER USEFUL INFORMATION

IS WEARING A SWIMSUIT MANDATORY?

Yes, wearing a swimsuit is mandatory for swimming.

 

CAN I LEAVE AND RE-ENTER THE PARK ON THE SAME DAY?

To leave and re-enter on the same day, keep your ticket and have it stamped at the exit.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IN CASE OF BAD WEATHER?

Management may close attractions or the entire park in case of adverse weather conditions or power outages, without entitlement to a refund.

 

CAN I REACH AQUAESTATE BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT?
