WHAT TIME DOES THE PARK OPEN? WHAT TIME DOES IT CLOSE?

We are open every day from 10.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. The ticket office closes at 6.00 p.m. and the attractions close at 6.30 p.m.

WHAT TIME DOES THE REDUCED AFTERNOON TARIFF BEGIN?

From 2.30 p.m.

WHAT DOES THE ADMISSION TICKET INCLUDE?

All Park attractions, excluding sunbeds and deckchairs, are included in the ticket.

At the Lifeguard’s station you can rent 2 sunbeds with 1 beach umbrella for €6 or a sunchair for €2.

Umbrellas on the lawns and picnic tables can be used free of charge by guests, subject to availability.

CAN I RESERVE A SUNBED IN ADVANCE?

Sunbeds and beach umbrellas can be reserved in advance.

ARE THERE SAFETY DEPOSIT BOXES?

Yes, safety deposit boxes can be rented for € 2 per day, subject to availability. In case of loss of the key or the lock, you will be charged a fee of € 5. We accept no liability for valuables forgotten in the boxes.
The Management assumes no liability for items lost or left unattended inside the Park.

CAN I BRING FOOD AND DRINKS FROM HOME?

Yes, but it is forbidden to bring glass or metal containers into the park.

ARE ANIMALS ALLOWED INTO THE PARK?

Animals are not allowed into the park due to hygiene regulations.

DO I NEED A BATHING CAP?

A bathing cap is compulsory only in the 3 indoor pools. Access is possible only at a time compatible with swimming school hours.

AT WHAT AGE CAN CHILDREN ENTER THE PARK ON THEIR OWN?

From 12 years onwards. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied and constantly supervised by a parent and / or an adult who takes full responsibility for them within the Park.

DO I HAVE TO WEAR A SWIMSUIT FOR BATHING?

A swimsuit is compulsory when bathing.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO LEAVE THE PARK AND THEN RETURN LATER?

Yes, to temporarily leave the Park and return on the same day, keep your ticket and get it stamped at the ticket office at the exit.

WHAT HAPPENS IN CASE OF BAD WEATHER?

The Management reserves the right to close the attractions at any time in the event of adverse weather conditions or lack of electricity. The eventual closure of any of the attractions and / or of the entire facility does not entitle the holder to a partial or total refund of the ticket.
