OPENING TIMES AND DATES

Aquaestate welcomes you every day from 10:00 to 19:00. The ticket office closes at 18:00, while attractions And swimming pools at 6.30pm.

The park is open from Saturday 7 June to Sunday 31 August 2025.

RATES AND TICKETS

The afternoon rate starts at 2.30pm.

The ticket allows access to all the attractions of the park. At our Info Point, you can rent 2 sun loungers with 1 umbrella for €7. Umbrellas and picnic tables on the lawns are free and available until sold out.

People with non-ambulatory disabilities have free access to the park.

People with walking disabilities can access the park at a flat rate of €10.

The companion of non-self-sufficient persons can access the park with a single fee of €10.

The single-fare ticket can only be purchased at the ticket offices, upon presentation of a certificate issued by a recognized body (Inps, Asl, Disability Card).

INTERNAL REGULATIONS

For hygiene reasons, it is not possible to bring animals into the park.

The use of a swimming cap is mandatory only in the 3 indoor pools, compatible with the swimming course times.

As of 2023, Aquaestate is a Smoke Free park, to ensure a healthy environment for all. However, we do have 3 designated smoking areas for those who wish to smoke, as well as an additional area in the outdoor parking area.

SAFETY AND SERVICES

Yes, our park is equipped with a first aid station with a defibrillator, active during park opening hours.

The park offers a rental service for safe deposit boxes at a cost of €2, available until stocks run out. In case of loss of key or padlock, a penalty of €5 is required. We decline all responsibility for objects forgotten in safe deposit boxes.

Yes, but it is forbidden to bring glass or metal containers.

Our food outlets offer food options suitable for vegetarian and vegan diets.

RESTRICTIONS AND ACCESSIBILITY

The Kamikaze slide and the Vertigo slide are accessible from 150 cm in height. For the Tornado slide, the minimum height is 120 cm, and children under 10 must be accompanied. See the page dedicated to the attractions for more information.

Children aged 13 and over can enter the park alone, while children aged 0 to 12 must be accompanied by an adult/adult who is responsible for them.

OTHER USEFUL INFORMATION

Yes, to access the swimming pools it is mandatory to wear a swimsuit.

To exit and re-enter on the same day, keep your ticket and have it stamped upon exit.

Management may close attractions or the entire park in the event of adverse weather conditions or power failure, without this entailing the right to a refund.
