PARK RULES
L’Access to the Aquaestate Water Park implies the’unconditional acceptance of this Regulation, which governs the rules of conduct, safety and use of the Park's services and attractions.’The goal is to ensure a safe, orderly and pleasant environment for all Guests.
1. OPENING HOURS and TICKETS
1.1 The Park is open every day from 10 am to 7 pm.
1.2 The ticket office closes at 6.00 pm.
1.3 The attractions close at 6.30pm; the swimming pools at 6.45pm.
1.4 L’Entrance to the Park is permitted exclusively with a valid ticket, which can be purchased at authorized ticket offices or online.
1.5 In case of adverse weather conditions, technical failures or for safety reasons, attractions may be closed temporarily or early. Such closures do not entitle you to any refund.
2. SERVICES AND ACCESSORIES
2.1 L’Access to all attractions is included in the entrance ticket.
2.2 Umbrellas with sunbeds and deckchairs are available for hire at the’Info Point, until sold out. L’Any sold-out availability will be reported at the ticket offices.
2.3 Umbrellas on the lawns, gazebos and picnic tables are available free of charge, subject to availability.
2.4 Game material (balls, rackets, etc.) is available upon deposit at the’Info Point.
2.5 Valuable lockers are available for rent at the’Info Point; in case of loss of key or padlock there is a penalty of €5.00.
2.6 Aquaestate declines all responsibility for objects forgotten in safety deposit boxes.
2.7 Parking is free and unattended.
2.8 It is not possible to store food, drinks or medicines in the Park's refrigerators. It is not permitted to’use of internal refrigerators for private use.
3. RULES OF CONDUCT
3.1 Il biglietto d’ingresso deve essere conservato ed esibito su richiesta del personale.
3.2 Per uscire temporaneamente dal parco e rientrare in giornata, è necessario farsi apporre l’apposito timbro in biglietteria.
3.3 È vietato introdurre nel Parco:
- Illicit substances and alcohol
- Bottles and glass objects
- Own chairs, sunbeds and umbrellas
- Bicycles, scooters, skateboards and similar (except strollers and wheelchairs)
- Barbecue and stoves
- Weapons or dangerous objects
- Megaphones, musical instruments and bluetooth speakers
- Animals

3.4 I bambini da 0 a 12 anni devono essere accompagnati e costantemente sorvegliati da un genitore o da un maggiorenne responsabile.
3.5 È vietato correre o giocare in modo pericoloso.
3.6 È vietato camminare con le scarpe nei plateatici adiacenti alle piscine. Si consiglia l’uso delle ciabatte.
3.7 È vietato gettare rifiuti fuori dagli appositi contenitori per la raccolta differenziata.
3.8 È vietato fumare in tutto il parco (incluse sigarette elettroniche), ad eccezione delle aree fumatori.
3.9 È richiesto un abbigliamento rispettoso della sensibilità dei minori.
3.10 Non è consentito occupare lettini non assegnati. Gli oggetti lasciati in tali aree verranno rimossi dal personale.
4. SAFETY REGULATIONS
4.1 Personal items left unattended are not the responsibility of the Park.
4.2 The purchase of the ticket implies the free transfer of the right to use your image by Gestione Piscine Noale Srl, in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
4.3 Some areas of the Park are under video surveillance. The images can only be viewed by authorized personnel or by the Authorities.
4.4 It is forbidden to climb on scenic or decorative structures.
4.5 Parents and chaperones are responsible for the behavior of minors.
4.6 The Management declines all responsibility in the event of accidents or damages due to improper use of the facilities or failure to comply with the Regulations.
4.7 The Management reserves the right to remove from the Park, without refund, anyone who behaves in a disruptive manner or puts safety at risk.
5. RULES FOR ATTRACTIONS AND POOLS
5.1 It is mandatory to follow the instructions of the staff and the signs present at the attractions.
5.2 Slides are prohibited for people with heart problems, pregnant women, or in poor health.
5.3 Children may only use slides designated for them. Adults may not use attractions reserved for minors.
5.4 Diving into the pools is prohibited. Dives that generate excessive noise or splashes are also prohibited.
5.5 It is mandatory to shower before entering the water and to be in good health.
5.6 It is mandatory to wear a suitable swimsuit. Non-swimwear is prohibited. Staff may request the modification of the’non-compliant clothing.
5.7 A swimming cap is mandatory in indoor swimming pools.
5.8 From Monday to Friday, the’Access to the indoor pools is subject to swimming course times.
5.9 In case of high attendance, waiting times for attractions and services may increase.
6. SPECIFIC REGULATIONS FOR ATTRACTIONS
L’Access to attractions is subject to minimum height, weight, age and physical condition requirements, as indicated below. It is mandatory to always follow the instructions of the staff in charge, always consult the specific rules displayed on the’entrance to each individual attraction and included in this Regulation.

7. PREVENTION AND MANAGEMENT OF EMERGENCIES
7.1 In case of thunderstorms, immediately move away from swimming pools and trees.
7.2 In case of strong wind, close the umbrellas.
7.3 The Park is equipped with a defibrillator and first aid service during the’opening hours.
7.4 In case of emergency, remain calm and follow the instructions of the staff.
7.5 No public announcements will be made so as not to create alarm.
7.6 Attractions may be closed due to breakdowns, bad weather or safety reasons, without this giving rise to refunds.
