Opening Hours: When can I visit?

Come join us anytime from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., every day. Just keep in mind, our ticket office wraps up at 6:00 p.m., and the attractions wind down by 6:30 p.m.

Afternoon Deals: When do they start?

Enjoy our special afternoon rates starting at 2:30 p.m.

What’s included in my ticket?

Our ticket gets you into all the Park attractions. However, if you’re looking to lounge on sunbeds or deckchairs, they’re a bit extra – rent two sunbeds and an umbrella for €6, or grab a deckchair for just €2. Plus, there’s free use of umbrellas on the lawns and picnic tables, as long as they’re available.

Can I book a sunbed before I arrive?

Absolutely! You can reserve your sunbeds and umbrellas ahead of time.

Keeping your stuff safe: Are there lockers?

Yes, you can rent a safety deposit box for €2 per day. Just a heads up, losing the key or lock will cost you €5. Remember, we’re not responsible for any valuables left in the boxes or lost in the Park.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Sure thing! But please leave any glass or metal containers at home for safety.

Are pets allowed?

We love animals too, but they’ll have to sit this one out due to hygiene rules.

Do I need a swimming cap?

Only in our 3 indoor pools, and make sure your visit doesn’t clash with our swimming school hours.

What age can kids come by themselves?

Youngsters 12 and up are welcome on their own. Kids under 12 need an adult to watch over them.

Swimwear: Do I need it?

Yes, a swimsuit is a must for taking a dip.

Can I leave and come back the same day?

Definitely. Just keep your ticket and get it stamped at the exit when you leave.

What if the weather turns bad?

If the weather gets rough or there’s a power cut, we might have to close some attractions or even the whole Park. But just so you know, this doesn’t mean you’ll get a refund on your ticket.
