PARK REGULATIONS
L’Access to the Aquaestate Water Park implies the’unconditional acceptance of this Regulation, which governs the rules of conduct, safety and use of the Park's services and attractions.’The goal is to ensure a safe, orderly and pleasant environment for all Guests.
1. OPENING HOURS and TICKETS
1.1 The Park is open every day from 10 am to 7 pm.
1.2 The ticket office closes at 6.00 pm.
1.3 The attractions close at 6.30pm; the swimming pools at 6.45pm.
1.4 L’Entry to the Park is permitted only with a valid ticket, which can be purchased at authorized ticket counters or online.
1.5 In case of adverse weather conditions, technical failures or for safety reasons, attractions may be closed temporarily or early. Such closures do not entitle you to any refund.
2. SERVICES AND ACCESSORIES
2.1’Access to all attractions is included in the entrance ticket.
2.2 Umbrellas with sunbeds and deckchairs are available for hire at the’Info Point, until sold out.’Sold-out status will be indicated at the ticket office.
2.3 Umbrellas on the lawns, gazebos and picnic tables are available free of charge, subject to availability.
2.4 Game material (balls, rackets, etc.) is available upon deposit at the’Info Point.
2.5 Valuable lockers are available for rent at the’Info Point; in case of loss of key or padlock there is a penalty of €5.00.
2.6 Aquaestate declines all responsibility for objects forgotten in safety deposit boxes.
2.7 Parking is free and unattended.
2.8 It is not possible to store food, drinks or medicines in the Park's refrigerators. It is not permitted to’use of the Park refrigerators for private use.
3. RULES OF CONDUCT
3.1 Tickets must be kept and shown upon request by staff.
3.2. To temporarily leave and re-enter the Park on the same day, a re-entry stamp must be obtained at the ticket office.
3.3. The following items are prohibited inside the Park:
- Illegal substances and spirits
- Glass bottles or objects
- Personal chairs, loungers, or umbrellas
- Bicycles, scooters, skateboards and similar (except strollers and wheelchairs)
- Barbecue and stoves
- Weapons or dangerous objects
- Megaphones, musical instruments and bluetooth speakers
- Animals

3.4. Children aged 0–12 must be accompanied and supervised at all times by a parent or responsible adult.
3.5. Running or rough play is not permitted.
3.6. Footwear is not allowed on the paved areas around the pools. The use of sandals or flip-flops is recommended.
3.7 Littering is prohibited. Use the designated recycling bins.
3.8. Smoking (including electronic cigarettes) is allowed only in designated smoking areas.
3.9. Clothing must be appropriate for a family environment.
3.10. Reserving unassigned loungers is not permitted. Items left on them will be removed by staff.
3.11. Food and beverage deliveries to the Park are strictly prohibited, including deliveries made by riders, food delivery platforms, restaurants, or external businesses. Deliveries may not be received at the entrance, ticket office, or parking area. Guests may bring their own food and beverages into the Park, in compliance with these Regulations.
4. SAFETY REGULATIONS
4.1 Personal items left unattended are not the responsibility of the Park.
4.2 By purchasing a ticket, guests authorize the use of their image by Gestione Piscine Noale Srl, in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
4.3 Some areas of the Park are under video surveillance. The images can only be viewed by authorized personnel or by the Authorities.
4.4 It is forbidden to climb on scenic or decorative structures.
4.5 Parents and chaperones are responsible for the behavior of minors.
4.6 The Management declines all responsibility in the event of accidents or damages due to improper use of the facilities or failure to comply with the Regulations.
4.7 The Management reserves the right to remove from the Park, without refund, anyone who behaves in a disruptive manner or puts safety at risk.
5. RULES FOR ATTRACTIONS AND POOLS
5.1 It is mandatory to follow the instructions of the staff and the signs present at the attractions.
5.2 Slides are prohibited for people with heart problems, pregnant women, or in poor health.
5.3 Children may only use slides designated for them. Adults may not use attractions reserved for minors.
5.4 Diving into the pools is prohibited. Any behavior causing excessive splashing or noise is prohibited.
5.5 It is mandatory to shower before entering the water and to be in good health.
5.6 It is mandatory to wear a suitable swimsuit. Non-swimwear is prohibited. Staff may request the modification of the’non-compliant clothing.
5.7 A swimming cap is mandatory in indoor swimming pools.
5.8 From Monday to Friday, the’accesso alle piscine interne è subordinato agli orari dei corsi di nuoto.
5.9 In case of high attendance, waiting times for attractions and services may increase.
6. SPECIFIC REGULATIONS FOR ATTRACTIONS
L’Access to attractions is subject to minimum height, weight, age and physical condition requirements, as indicated below. Guests must always follow staff instructions and consult the rules displayed at the entrance’entrance to each individual attraction and included in this Regulation.

7. PREVENTION AND MANAGEMENT OF EMERGENCIES
7.1 In case of thunderstorms, immediately move away from swimming pools and trees.
7.2 In case of strong wind, close the umbrellas.
7.3 The Park is equipped with a defibrillator and first aid service during the’opening hours.
7.4 In case of emergency, remain calm and follow the instructions of the staff.
7.5 No public announcements will be made so as not to create alarm.
7.6 Attractions may be closed due to breakdowns, bad weather or safety reasons, without this giving rise to refunds.
