Regulations

  • The Park is open during the following hours: every day from 10.00 am to 7.00 pm.
  • The ticket office closes at 6.00 pm, the attractions close at 6.30 pm.
  • All Park attractions, excluding sunbeds, deckchairs and safety deposit boxes, are included in the ticket.
  • The admission ticket must be kept available for checking by the staff. If you wish to exit the park temporarily and return during the day, keep the ticket and have it stamped by the ticket office at the exit.
  • Safety deposit boxes can be rented for a fee, subject to availability. If the lock key is lost, a penalty of € 5.00 will be charged. We accept no liability for valuables forgotten in the boxes.
  • The Management assumes no liability for items lost or left unattended inside the Park.
  • You can rent sun beds and deckchairs at the lifeguard station.
  • You can borrow the equipment for games (balls, rackets, etc.) by leaving a deposit.
  • Parasols and picnic tables are available to customers, subject to availability.
  • Smoking is forbidden, please use the designated smoking areas.
  • Parking is free and unattended.
  • It is forbidden to run or play dangerous games that may pose a risk to the safety of others.
  • The Management declines all liability for accidents or damage to persons or property caused by imprudence or failure to comply with the park’s safety regulations.
  • It is forbidden to bring glass or metal containers into the Park.
  • Animals may not be brought into the Park for reasons of hygiene.
  • Shoes may not be worn on the areas next to the pools: always go through the foot basins. We also recommend that you use flip flops for walking around.
  • Clothing that is respectful of the sensitivity and modesty of minors must be worn inside the Park.
  • Swimsuits are mandatory for swimming.
  • You must take a shower before getting into the water.
  • Only go in the water if you feel completely comfortable doing so.
  • Diving is forbidden in all pools.
  • A swimming cap must be worn in the indoor pools. Access is compatible with swimming school schedules.
  • It is mandatory to have the Green Pass certificate to access indoor pools.
  • The advice of the lifeguards and the staff must be strictly observed, as well as the instructions on the signs of each attraction.
  • During opening hours, a first aid service is available at the Lifeguard station (the park is equipped with automatic defibrillator).
  • Some slides and attractions may be subject to special restrictions to ensure the safety of our guests. Follow the rules displayed near the attractions themselves.
  • It is forbidden for those who suffer from heart problems, pregnant women and, more generally, those with precarious health conditions to use the slides.
  • Children must use the slides provided specially for them. On the other hand, adults may not use the facilities reserved for children or may not use them at the same time, if the regulation prohibits it or the person responsible for the attraction considers it dangerous.
  • Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied and constantly supervised by a parent and / or an adult who bears full responsibility for them within the Park.
  • Some attractions cannot be used by people with body sizes that prevent the correct application of safety regulations. The staff in charge reserves the right to verify these conditions and invites customers to comply with the regulations displayed near each attraction.
  • The Management reserves the right to close the attractions at any time in the event of adverse weather conditions, technical problems or lack of electricity.
  • Closure of some attractions and / or the entire facility does not give the right to a partial or total refund of the ticket.
  • In the event of a storm, immediately move away from the pools.
  • On days when there is strong wind, the parasols must be closed to protect the safety of guests.
  • Should the need arise, the staff will activate a security plan: please keep calm and follow the instructions given.
